When you are one of the most famous restaurant chains in Ukraine, your position obliges you to maintain a high level in everything - from the cuisine to the design of the premises. The new restaurant “Puzata Hata” near the metro station “Demeevska” in Kiev is a vivid confirmation of this principle. The interior combines stylish and practical solutions, and the key role in the design is played by a suspended ceiling made of KRAFT cube-shaped rail with wood texture. It harmonizes with the general style of the establishment, adding originality and comfort to the space.

Light beige tones in the interior of the restaurant with an emphasis on natural materials create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Such shades are associated with warmth, naturalness and tranquility, so they are ideal for catering establishments where it is important that visitors feel relaxed. Beige and wooden surfaces visually expand the space, filling it with soft light, and the combination of wood and stone adds a stylish naturalness to the interior. As a result, the interior becomes balanced: it looks modern, but does not lose its warmth and liveliness. 

The centerpiece of the interior is undoubtedly the KRAFT designer suspended ceiling made of cube-shaped rail. It immediately attracts the attention of visitors with its unusual shapes and creates a sense of dynamics in the space. In addition to aesthetics, the slatted ceiling has a practical function - it conceals engineering communications, improves acoustics and meets fire safety requirements.

In the left wing of the room, the ceiling is a wave-shaped volumetric design. To achieve this effect, two different heights of cube-shaped wood grain rail are used. The darker 35x65 mm lath with Karini texture and the lighter 35x105 mm rail with Hickori texture are placed on the supporting traverse with a step of 104 mm. This spacing made it possible to place the lighter rail in the gaps between the darker rail. The difference in height gave the ceiling volume and the different lengths created a wavy pattern.

In the right wing, a cube-shaped rail of 35x105 mm with the texture “Karini” and a pitch of 104 mm is used, and the ceiling itself is conditionally divided into three equal zones. In the first zone we see the classic use of the rail - it is placed parallel to the walls. In the second zone, the rail is placed perpendicular to the rail of the first zone, and in the third - at an angle of 45 degrees. This technique allowed to remove the excessive linearity inherent in the rail ceiling and create an effect of dynamics in the interior.

Thanks to the gaps between the rails, it was possible to place pendant lights on thin cables. They harmonize with the lines of the rails, forming a soft, diffused lighting, which makes the atmosphere of the restaurant warmer and cozier. Such lighting not only emphasizes the beauty of the ceiling, but also contributes to a comfortable stay of visitors.

Suspended ceiling made of KRAFT cube-shaped lath became a key element of the interior of the restaurant “Puzata Hata” on Demeevska, emphasizing its modern style and cozy atmosphere. Natural materials and carefully thought-out design not only visually decorate the space, but also fulfill important practical functions. Thanks to the combination of different textures, dynamic lines and competent lighting, the ceiling does not just serve as a background, but becomes a full-fledged part of the design concept. This approach proves that even functional elements can be stylish and create a unique atmosphere.
