Production capacity and equipment

"Kraft Dekensystem" is a full cycle production company. Therefore, we control the production process at all its stages: from the purchase of raw materials to the shipment of finished products.

We purchase raw materials directly from manufacturers. We always have a monthly supply of metal in our warehouse. In this way, we try to protect our customers from possible interruptions in the supply of raw materials.

We regularly conduct personnel training, which is a guarantee of high qualification of the company's employees, and also strictly monitor compliance with safety rules at work.

The production park of the enterprise includes more than 50 machines and production lines for various purposes. We use European class equipment. All equipment has undergone additional modernization and adjustment to the requirements of our production.

The company's engineering bureau is constantly working on product modernization. More than 30 rationalizing proposals and improvements were implemented in the last 3 years alone. In the case of non-standard orders, our engineers will develop all the necessary documentation taking into account production capabilities.

Production capacity allows us to process more than 260 tons of metal per month.
If necessary, we can increase production volumes by introducing additional work shifts. Our production is ready to work 24 hours a day.

Warehouses are equipped in accordance with all modern requirements for ergonomics and safety. Thanks to the well-coordinated and accurate work of storekeepers, products are shipped as quickly as possible.
