General information about linear strip ceilings based on cubic- and plate-shaped rail

In the classical sense, a rail is a narrow long board or bar. Previously, the rail ceiling could be made exclusively of wood. But metal linear strip ceilings in many respects are superior to wooden. KRAFT Deckensysteme offers two types of suspended ceilings: cubic- and plate-shaped rails. Both types of linear strip ceilings are mounted on a universal traverse with a step of 52 mm. And for the cubic rail, custom fittings and a flexible traverse are also available.

What is a linear strip ceiling? The entire KRAFT rail is made of galvanized steel with polymer coating, which allows us to provide a 3-year warranty on through corrosion. Of the advantages it is worth noting: easy installation and dismantling, any color on the RAL scale, as well as wood texture, high performance, fire safety.

Cube-shaped rail
The cube-shaped rail in the section has a U-shaped profile. The width of the rail can be 35 or 88 mm, height 35-105 mm, length up to 6 m.
Plate-shaped rail
The plate-shaped rail (screen ceiling) is made flat, and the end of the lath is bent in the form of an L- or Z-profile.
