The fact that the designer used a cube-shaped rail even for us was a surprise! A pleasant surprise ...

In fact, in this suspended ceiling there is not only a cube-shaped KRAFT rail, but also a open cell ceiling classic grilyato. And all the more interesting is the idea itself. If we continue the analogy with painting, then the black grilyato acts as the background, and the green cube-shaped staff is the main plot (I personally partially recall the picture of Picasso's “Guitar”, and the staffs are strings).

The rack ceiling is made of separate sections of irregular shape, which are docked to each other. Inside each section, a rail is installed at different angles. The rails are mounted on a standard traverse, i.e. they are parallel to each other within the same section. But thanks to the perspective and the general design concept, it seems visually that the slats are fan-shaped.

Installation of such a rack ceiling was not an easy task. First, imagine the layout of the ceiling: it was necessary to make a separate layout of the suspensions for each of the sections. Secondly, trim and install the traverse of the desired length and at the right angles. And thirdly, trimming each of the rails according to individual sizes and with a certain angle of contact. It was not easy!

But the result exceeded all expectations! And we are glad that more and more such unusual ideas appear with our ceilings! Inspiration to you!
