It is difficult to imagine a shoemaker in torn boots or a car mechanic driving a broken car. After all, professionalism is expressed, first of all, in relation to oneself. And expectations from a construction hypermarket are even higher, because in fact the interior of the store is a kind of showroom for the offered goods for repair and construction.

In October 2020, another store of the OLDI building hypermarket chain was opened in Zhytomyr. One of the key elements of the new, modern interior of the shopping center is the ceiling. In general, the ceiling consists of two alternating arrays - solid panels and a suspended ceiling made of KRAFT cube-shaped rails. Of the original design solutions, I would like to note individual elements made in the form of irregular polygons, as well as the use of a multidirectional rail of two colors. Thanks to such techniques, some asymmetry is introduced into the interior, which compares favorably with the monotony of a solid array.

The result is a nice looking ceiling that is easy to operate and meets all safety requirements for public spaces. The KRAFT rack ceiling is made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating, resistant to corrosion, has a fire safety class A1 (NG - non-combustible). Due to its "transparent" structure, the cubic lath ceiling does not interfere with the functioning of security systems, fire extinguishing, ventilation, video surveillance, etc. During operation, the rack ceiling does not require special care. If necessary, the required sections of the ceiling can be easily dismantled to gain access to communications in the ceiling space. In addition, metal strip suspended ceilings retain their original appearance for a long time.
